We have developed several workshops and training programs for leaders and leadership teams. We also work with accelerator programs and VCs to present to their portfolio companies. Our workshops cover a range of leadership development and business topics - from Self Awareness and Conversational Intelligence to Culture and Team-building to Fundraising and Business Development.

We craft custom coaching programs for each founder we work with. One-On-One programs last 6 or 12 months. Our goal is to provide actionable tools and frameworks that set our clients up for long-term success.

Peer Group Coaching
We run group sessions for 6-8 founders at similar stages of company-building. The groups meet for 3 hours each month for 6 months. These sessions offer a unique combination of: 1) insights and action items for successful scaling, 2) personal and leadership development work, and 3) hands-on, real-time problem solving. In addition, they provide a life-long network of peers. Each founder also gets one hour of personal coaching each month.
