We work with founders who: 1) have either raised venture money (pre-Seed, Seed, A) and/or have some revenue and 2) have at least a handful of employees. If you are looking for help launching your product or raising your first round, you are likely a better fit for Techstars or Y Combinator.

GROW was created and is run by Robyn Ward, a startup industry veteran who has been an advocate for changing the ratio of female founders and funders for over 20 years. The program combines Robyn's operating and venture experience with her coaching expertise and her content from teaching Entrepreneurship and Performance Mindset for Business courses at the University of Southern California.
